四肢骨折术后优质护理应用效果

摘　　要：目的四肢骨折术后优质护理应用效果。方法前瞻性连续纳入2021年1月至2021年12月泉州市泉港区医院收治的四肢骨折手术患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,两组各50例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用优质护理。对比护理效果:评估术后肿胀持续时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间。术后并发症包括压疮、关节僵硬、感染的发生率。护理前后使用视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评价疼痛程度。护理前后使用焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评价患者焦虑情绪。护理后护理满意度使用纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale,NSNS)最新版调查。结果观察组肿胀持续时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS、SAS评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理有利于减轻患者疼痛,改善患者焦虑情绪,并能降低并发症风险,提高患者护理满意度,缩短康复进程。Objective To evaluate the application effect of high-quality nursing care after limb fracture surgery.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with limb fracture surgery admitted to Quangang District Hospital in Quanzhou City from January 2021 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality care.Compare nursing outcomes:evaluate the duration of postoperative swelling,hospital stay,and fracture healing time.The incidence of postoperative complications includes pressure ulcers,joint stiffness,and infections.Evaluate the degree of pain using Visual Analog Scale(VAS)before and after nursing.Use the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)before and after nursing to evaluate patients'anxiety emotions.Post care satisfaction was surveyed using the latest version of the Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale(NSNS).Results The duration of swelling,hospitalization time,and fracture healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The VAS and SAS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High quality nursing is beneficial for reducing patient pain,improving patient anxiety,reducing the risk of complications,improving patient satisfaction with nursing,and shortening the rehabilitation process.
