以家庭为中心的护理模式在内镜下鼻腺样体肥大切除术后患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究分析以家庭为中心的护理模式在内镜下鼻腺样体肥大切除术后患儿中的应用效果。方法本研究以本医院耳鼻喉科于2020年1月至2023年2月接受内镜下鼻腺样体肥大切除术治疗的患儿作为研究对象,共96例。用计算机随机编号的方式将纳入的研究对象分成对照组(48例)与治疗组(48例)。对照组患儿接受常规护理干预,而治疗组患儿接受以家庭为中心的护理干预。比较两组患儿家属护理需求满意度、家属状态焦虑水平、手术患儿的并发症发生情况、住院时间。结果治疗组手术患儿家属护理需求满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组手术患儿入院时的家属SAI评分对比无意义(P>0.05),干预后,在手术后及出院前的家属SAI评分均明显低于对照组,(P<0.05);治疗组手术患者住院时间短于对照组且出血、感染、鼻塞的总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于内镜下鼻腺样体肥大切除术患儿而言,采用以家庭为中心的护理模式可提高有效缓解患儿家属的焦虑情绪,满足护理需求,降低患儿并发症发生风险。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of family centered nursing mode in children with nasal Adenoid hypertrophy after endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 96 children with nasal Adenoid hypertrophy who received endoscopic surgery from January 2020 to February 2023 in the department of otolaryngology of our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The included research subjects were randomly numbered by computer and divided into a control group(48 cases)and a treatment group(48 cases).The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the treatment group received family centered nursing interventions.Compare the satisfaction level of nursing needs,anxiety level of family members,incidence of complications in surgical patients,and length of hospital stay between two groups of children's family members.Result The satisfaction rate of nursing needs among the family members of surgical children in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The comparison of the SAI scores of the family members of the two groups of surgical children at admission was not significant(P>0.05),but after intervention,the SAI scores after surgery and before discharge were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);The hospitalization time of surgical patients in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the overall incidence of bleeding,infection,and nasal congestion was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children undergoing endoscopic nasal Adenoid hypertrophy,the family centered nursing model can effectively alleviate the anxiety of children's families,meet the nursing needs,and reduce the risk of complications.
