摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴,而最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村。促进乡村人才振兴的关键是优化配置劳动力资源,需要发挥农村工业在新型城镇化中的主导作用,吸引劳动力回流。推动现代化农业体系建设,优化调整农村产业结构,促进农业产业化发展,完善农村经营制度,发展农村非农产业、工业和服务业,吸纳回流的劳动力,发展开发性农业,建设高标准农田,加大对于中低产田的改造治理力度,实现农业产业化、规模化和集约化。发展乡镇企业中的劳动密集型产业,化解乡镇企业内部结构性矛盾,提升吸纳劳动力就业能力。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization,and the most arduous and onerous task is still in the countryside.The key to promoting the revitalization of rural talents is to optimize the allocation of labor resources.It is necessary to give full play to the leading role of rural industry in the new urbanization and attract the return of labor force.It is necessary to promote the construction of modern agricultural system,optimize and adjust the rural industrial structure,promote the development of agricultural industrialization,improve the rural management system,develop rural non-agricultural industries,industries and service industries,absorb the return of labor,develop development-oriented agriculture,build high-standard farmland,increase the transformation and management of medium and low-yield farmland,and achieve agricultural industrialization,scale and intensification.It is necessary to develop labor-intensive industries in township enterprises,resolve internal structural contradictions in township enterprises,and enhance the ability to absorb labor employment.
