摘　　要：随着网络文化的兴起,网络文化安全失度的问题也随之而来,将度的理念融入网络文化安全领域十分重要,有利于人们掌握适度的原则,促进网络主流文化意识形态的适度发展,营造一个良好的网络文化安全环境。网络舆论传播失度、网络消极信息传播失度、网络多样化意识形态传播失度等网络文化安全失度现象屡见不鲜。为了减少网络文化失度现象,需要增强网民网络文化素养,守好网络文化度的边界;加强网络文化安全部门建设,净化网络文化环境;坚持党对网络文化安全的领导,掌握网络文化适度主导权;强化网络文化制度建设,保障网络文化适度环境,在党和人民的共同努力下构建适度的网络文化领域。With the rise of network culture,the problem of network culture security degree is also followed.It is very important to integrate the concept of degree into the field of network culture security.It is helpful for people to master the principle of moderation,promote the moderate development of the ideology of network mainstream culture,and create a good network culture security environment.It is not uncommon to see the loss of network cultural security,such as the loss of network public opinion dissemination,the loss of network negative information dissemination,and the loss of network diversified ideology dissemination.In order to reduce the phenomenon of the loss of network culture,it is necessary to enhance the network cultural literacy of netizen and keep the boundary of network culture degree;strengthen the construction of network culture security departments and purify the network culture environment;adhere to the Party's leadership of network culture security and master the dominant power of network culture;strengthen the construction of network culture system and ensure the appropriate environment of network culture,and build a moderate network culture field under the joint efforts of the Party and the people.
