摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协同模式的男性PE规范化管理与研究方案。方法收集2022年1月—2023年2月在德阳市人民医院泌尿外科男科门诊治疗的PE患者。采用随机数表法将患者分为试验组及对照组,每组30例。对照组于性生活前1~3 h口服盐酸达泊西汀30 mg/次,同时采用PE男性性功能康复治疗仪进行治疗。试验组在给予达泊西汀、治疗仪基础上行中医疗法及心理咨询疗法。两组患者治疗时间均为1个疗程(30 d),且治疗期间保证4次/月性生活;以早泄诊断量表(PEDT)评分、记录射精潜伏期(IELT)、本人性生活满意度评分及配偶性生活满意度评定,进行问卷调查评估早泄治疗效果。结果治疗1个疗程后,试验组患者的PEDT评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IELT时间高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),本人性生活满意度评分及配偶性生活满意度均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),及时处置后症状缓解。结论多学科协同模式疗法治疗PE效果优于达泊西汀联合早泄康复治疗仪疗法,有利于提升性伴侣间的亲密感,促进性和谐,提升伴侣及患者的性生活满意度,为临床治疗PE患者提供参考。Objective To explore the standardized management and research scheme of male PE.Methods Collect PE patients treated in the urology male department outpatient clinic of Deyang Peaple's hospital from January 2022 to February 2023.The patients were numbered according to the order of visits,and then the patients were divided into control group and test group according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received oral dapoxetine hydrochloride 30 mg/time 1h before sex,along with the PE male sexual function rehabilitation instrument.The experimental group was given dapoxetine,basic ascending TCM therapy and psychological counseling therapy.The treatment duration of both groups was one course(thiety days),and sex was guaranteed four times per month during the treatment;the effect of premature ejaculation was evaluated by the Preemulation Diagnosis Scale(PEDT)score,the record of ejaculation(IELT),the score of sexual life satisfaction and the evaluation of spouse life satisfaction.Results After 1 course of treatment,the PEDT score of the experimental group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the IELT time was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the sexual life satisfaction score and spouse life satisfaction were signifi cantly increased(P<0.05),comparison of the incidence of complications between two groups of patients(P>0.05),and the symptoms resolved within 24 h.Conclusion Multidisciplinary synergistic model therapy is better in treating PE than darpoxetine and premature ejaculation therapy.In addition,psychological counseling therapy can have a deep understanding of the patient's inner feelings,relax the patient's mood,is conducive to increase the intimacy between partners,improve the sexual life satisfaction of patients and their spouses,Provide reference for clinical treatment of PE patients.
