摘  要:针对传统齿轮故障动力学模型中啮合刚度计算精度问题,提出一种综合考虑轮齿变形、齿轮基体变形、接触变形以及齿根过渡曲线的多故障动力学建模方法。建立齿轮副耦合振动分析模型,推导考虑齿根过渡曲线的齿轮时变啮合刚度计算方法,更加精确、高效地计算齿轮的时变啮合刚度,获取不同故障齿轮的动力学响应。以平行齿轮为研究对象,仿真研究裂纹、点蚀、缺齿故障时齿轮箱的加速度响应并进行多种故障模拟试验,结果表明:仿真在时域和频域上的响应都能反映与试验一致的损伤。With regard to the calculation accuracy of meshing stiffness in traditional gear fault dynamic model,a multi fault dynamic modeling method considering tooth deformation,gear matrix deformation,contact deformation and tooth root transition curve is proposed.The coupling vibration analysis model of gear pair is established,and the calculation method of gear time-varying meshing stiffness concerning tooth root transition curve is deduced,by which the time-varying meshing stiffness of gear can be calculated with more accuracy and efficiency,obtaining the dynamic response of gears with different faults.With parallel gear as the reserch subject,the gear box acceleration response of cracks,corrosive pittings and hypodontia are simulated and studied through various fault simulation tests.The results show that the test results of gear box in time domain and frequency domain are consistent with the simulation response of gear box in time domain and frequency domain.
