摘 要:为应对钻遇地层的复杂性,采用纳米颗粒材料提高钻井液封堵性能作为对策之一引发了广泛关注,选取纳米颗粒材料对钻井液的封堵性能进行优化,对比和分析了多种纳米颗粒材料的微观形貌、抗盐性、流变性和滤失造壁性。结果表明,纳米颗粒材料由于较大的表面自由能,在水溶液中产生团聚效应,团聚后D50粒径在1~10μm之间,其分散粒径并不受盐浓度的影响,可以与钻井液中添加的盐离子共存。通过对比不同的纳米颗粒对基浆的黏切性和滤失造壁性的影响,得到纳米SiO_(2)颗粒相较其它颗粒材料具有更好的配伍性和封堵性能,当其在5%基浆中加入1.5%纳米SiO_(2)颗粒时,基浆的滤失量由34.5 mL降低为23 mL,滤饼厚度由7.2 mm降低为2 mm。在钾基聚磺钻井液中添加纳米SiO_(2)颗粒,可以使得钻井液的PPT滤失量从12 mL降低至8 mL,具有良好的低渗层封堵效果,可以应对致密地层的渗漏问题,具有广阔应用前景。In order to cope with the complexity of drilling encounters,the use of nanoparticle materials to improve the plugging performance of drilling fluids as one of the countermeasures has attracted widespread attention.Nanoparticle materials are selected to optimize the plugging performance of drilling fluids,and the microscopic morphology,salt resistance,rheology,and filter loss wall building properties of various nanoparticle materials are compared and analyzed.The result showed that nanoparticle materials produce agglomeration effect in aqueous solution due to their large surface free energy,and the agglomerated D 50 particle size is between 1~10μm,and their dispersed particle size is not affected by salt concentration,and can coexist with salt ions added in drilling fluid.By comparing the effects of different nanoparticles on the viscous cut and filter loss wall-building properties of the base slurry,it was obtained that the SiO_(2) nanoparticles have better compatibility and sealing performance compared with other particle materials,and when they were added to 1.5%SiO_(2) nanoparticles in 5%base slurry,the filter loss of the base slurry was reduced from 34.5 mL to 23 mL,and the filter cake thickness was reduced from 7.2 mm to 2 mm.The addition of nano-SiO_(2) particles in the potassium-based polysulfide drilling fluid can reduce the PPT filtration loss of drilling fluid from 12 mL to 8 mL,which has good sealing effect in low permeability layer and can cope with the leakage problem in dense formations,and has broad application prospects.
