摘 要:中相微乳液优异的增溶能力使其成为大幅提高原油采收率技术研究的热点。立足长庆五里湾低渗透油藏特点,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠与椰油脂肪酸脂聚氧乙烯甜菜碱质量比1∶3的复配体系作为中相微乳液主表面活性剂,选择正丁醇作为助表面活性剂,利用鱼状相图确定形成中相微乳液所需的醇浓度区间为1.3%~3.7%,对应表面活性剂质量浓度为0.3%~0.7%。微乳液开始形成中相和中相消失对应的盐度分别为1.5%,6.0%,形成中相微乳液的盐宽为4.5%。NaCl质量浓度为4.8%左右时增溶效果最佳,界面张力达到10-3mN/m超低水平。填砂模型微乳液驱实验提高驱油效率23.25%。Middle-phase microemulsion flooding system becomes a hot spot in the research of greatly enhanced oil recovery technology owing to its excellent solubilization ability.Based on the characteristics of Changqing Wuliwan low-permeability reservoir,the mixed system of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and coconut fatty acid polyoxyethylene betaine with a mass ratio of 1∶3 is used as the main surfactant of middle-phase microemulsion,n-butanol is selected as the cosurfactant,and the range of alcohol concentration required to form middle-phase microemulsion is 1.3%~3.7%according to the fishlike phase diagram,and the corresponding surfactant mass concentration is 0.3%~0.7%.The salinity ranges corresponding to the formation of middle phase and disappearance of middle phase in microemulsion are 1.5%and 6.0%,and the salt width of forming middle phase microemulsion is 4.5%.When the mass concentration of NaCl is about 4.8%,the solubilization effect is the best,and the interfacial tension reaches an ultra-low level of 10-3 mN/m.Sand filling model microemulsion flooding experiment improves oil displacement efficiency by 23.25%.
