摘 要:采用气相色谱法对棉铃虫、烟青虫性信息素诱芯中两种活性成分(Z)-9-十六碳烯醛、(Z)-11-十六碳烯醛进行了测定,并进行了不确定度评定。建立了数学模型,分析了试验过程中各不确定度来源,并对各不确定度分量进行计算。经检测棉铃虫诱芯中(Z)-9-十六碳烯醛和(Z)-11-十六碳烯醛含量分别为(0.26±0.04) mg/g和(1.76±0.19) mg/g;烟青虫诱芯中(Z)-9-十六碳烯醛和(Z)-11-十六碳烯醛含量分别为(3.13±0.36) mg/g和(0.47±0.06) mg/g。结果表明,标准系列溶液的配制移取过程中容量允差引入的不确定度为影响该方法的主要因素,应选用通过计量检定的高精度移液器,严格按照规范操作以减少不确定因素的引入,提高检测结果的准确性。Two active components(Z)-9-hexadecenal and(Z)-11-hexadecenal in the sex pheromone lure of helicoverpa armigera and heliotnis assulla were determined by gas chromatography,and the uncertainty was evaluated.The mathematical model was established,the various sources of uncertainty in the test process were analyzed,and the components of uncertainty were calculated.The contents of(Z)-9-hexadecenal and(Z)-11-hexadecenal in helicoverpa armigera lure were(0.26±0.04)mg/g and(1.76±0.19)mg/g,respectively;the contents of(Z)-9-hexadecenal and(Z)-11-hexadecenal in heliotnis assulla lure were(3.13±0.36)mg/g and(0.47±0.06)mg/g,respectively.The results show that the uncertainties introduced by the capacity tolerance during the configuration transfer of the standard series solution was the main factor affecting the method,and high-precision pipette should be selected and operated in strict accordance with the specifications to reduce the introduction of uncertain factors and improve the accuracy of the test results.
