摘  要:以废羟基氧化铁脱硫剂为研究对象,在分析其成分的基础上,利用其中的FeS处理污水中的Cr(Ⅵ),加碱中和、沉淀去除铬。在最佳处理条件下处理模拟含铬污水,Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度由10.00 mg/L降至0.42 mg/L,去除率达95.8%。在最佳处理条件下,处理锦州某电镀车间2种含铬废水,处理后出水的Cr(Ⅵ)的质量浓度和总铬的质量浓度及pH均满足GB 8978《污水综合排放标准》。有望实现废羟基氧化铁脱硫剂在此方向的以废治废的目标。The spent hydroxyl iron oxide desulfurizer was taken as the research object,and on the basis of analysis of its composition,Cr(Ⅵ)in wastewater was treated with FeS,and the chromium was removed by alkali neutralization and precipitation.Under the optimum treatment conditions,the mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)decreased from 10.00 mg/L to 0.42 mg/L,and the removal rate reached 95.8%.Under the optimal treatment conditions,two kinds of chromine-containing wastewater from an electroplating workshop in Jinzhou were treated.The mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ),the mass concentration of total chromium and the pH of the treated effluent met the“Standards for Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge”of GB 8978.It is expected to achieve the goal of treating waste with waste of waste hydroxyl iron oxide desulfurizer in this direction.
