化学发光法与酶免法在乙肝五项检测中的对比分折

摘　　要：目的探讨乙肝五项检测中化学发光法与酶免法的临床应用效果。方法以2021年05月-2022年05月收治的94例乙肝疑似患者为研究对象,均予以化学发光法与酶免法进行乙肝五项检测,比较两种检测方法对不同血清乙肝表面抗原浓度的检测敏感度,对比分析两种检测方法下乙肝病毒血清指标阳性检出率。结果酶免法对不同血清乙肝表面抗原浓度的检测敏感度、乙肝病毒血清指标阳性检出率均显著低于化学发光法(P值均<0.05)。化学发光法诊断乙肝的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.937,大于高于酶免法的0.850,且化学发光法诊断乙肝的灵敏度和特异度均高于酶免法(P<0.05)。结论相较于酶免法,化学发光法的血清乙肝表面抗原浓度敏感度和乙肝病毒血清阳性检出率均显著更高,具有更高的乙肝诊断效能,于临床应用更具推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of chemiluminescence and enzyme immunoassay in the five tests of hepatitis B.Methods 94 cases of suspected hepatitis B patients admitted from May 2021 to May 2022 were taken as the research object.All of them were tested for five items of hepatitis B by chemiluminescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The sensitivity of the two detection methods to the concentration of hepatitis B surface antigen in different serum was compared,and the positive detection rate of hepatitis B virus serum indicators under the two detection methods was compared.Results The sensitivity of ELISA to different serum hepatitis B surface antigen concentrations and the positive detection rate of hepatitis B virus serum indicators were significantly lower than those of chemiluminescence(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of chemiluminescence in the diagnosis of hepatitis B was 0.937,which was higher than 0.850 of ELISA,and the Sensitivity and specificity of chemiluminescence in the diagnosis of hepatitis B were higher than those of ELISA(P<0.05).ConclusionssCompared with ELISA,the sensitivity of serum hepatitis B surface antigen concentration and the positive detection rate of hepatitis B virus in serum of chemiluminescence method are significantly higher,which has a higher diagnostic efficiency of hepatitis B,and is more valuable for clinical application.
