摘　　要：法治是治国理政的基本方式,是区域发展核心竞争力的重要标志。法治宁夏建设是实现依法治区战略的重要内容,是全面建设社会主义现代化美丽新宁夏的重要法治保障,也是关系继续建设经济繁荣、民族团结、环境优美、人民富裕美丽新宁夏的重大战略问题。新时代十年,宁夏在法治建设各环节各领域迈出新步伐,为法治宁夏建设奠定了坚实的实践基础。对标依法治区战略要求,宁夏在立法、执法、司法、法治社会建设等方面还存在短板弱项。当前,必须要以习近平法治思想为指导,以推进科学立法为前提,以扎实推进依法行政为关键,以奋力维护司法权威为重点,以构建法治社会为基础,不断提高法治宁夏建设水平。The rule of law is a basic way of governing the country and an important symbol of advancing the core competitiveness of regional development.The construction of Ningxia governed by the rule of law is an important part of realizing the strategy of the rule of law in Ningxia,an important legal guarantee for comprehensively building a beautiful new modern socialist Ningxia,and a major strategic issue concerning the continued construction of a new Ningxia where people enjoy economic prosperity,ethnic unity,beautiful environment and a wealthy life.In the past decade of the new era,Ningxia has made new steps in all aspects and fields of the construction of the rule of law,laying a solid practical foundation for the construction of the rule of law in Ningxia.According to the requirements of the strategy of the rule of law,Ningxia still has shortcomings in legislation,law enforcement,justice,and the construction of a society governed by law.At present,it is necessary to take Xi Jinping thought on the Rule of Law as the guidance,to promoting scientific legislation as the premise,solidly improving administration by rule of law as the key,striving to maintain judicial authority as the focus,and building a society under the rule of law as the basis,so as to constantly enhance the construction level of the rule of law in Ningxia.
