摘  要:超高压进气二冲程内燃机(UHPIE)是一种没有压缩冲程,进气为高压压缩空气的新型发动机。为验证UHPIE在性能和排放方面的巨大潜力和优势,使用AVL-boost将一台大型二冲程柴油机模型改变为UHPIE的形式,研究进气持续角、进气温度和进气压力对UHPIE的性能和排放影响。研究发现:较小的进气持续角、较低的进气温度和较高的进气压力有利于提升UHPIE的指示热效率,同时NOx和Soot的排放也较低。当进气持续角为10°、进气压力为9.1154 MPa、进气温度为40℃时,UHPIE的指示热效率为51.46%,NOx排放为0.021 g/(kW·h),Soot排放为0.00005 g/(kW·h),在该工况下UHPIE的性能和排放都远优于传统机型。Ultra high pressure intake two stroke engine(UHPIE)is a new type of engine without compression stroke.Intake is high pressure compressed air.In order to verify the great potential and advantages of UHPIE,a large two-stroke diesel engine model was changed to the form of UHPIE by AVL-Boost.We studied the effects of intake duration angle,temperature and pressure on the performance and emission of UHPIE.It is found that the smaller intake duration angle,the lower intake temperature and the higher intake pressure are beneficial to improve the indicated thermal efficiency and reduce the emission of NOx and soot.When intake duration angle is 10℃A,intake pressure is 9.1154 MPa and intake temperature is 40℃,the indicated thermal efficiency of UHPIE is 51.457%,NOx emission is 0.021 g/(kW·h)and soot emission is 0.00005 g/(kW·h).The performance and emission of the UHPIE are much better than conventional engine in this working condition.
