摘 要:为探讨接触式机械密封启停过程摩擦状态的转变特性,采用自主研发的摩擦磨损实验装置,对碳石墨-碳化硅配副材料的摩擦特性进行实验研究。通过采集启停过程中的声发射信号以及摩擦扭矩数据,分析二者之间的关联性,研究启停过程中端面摩擦状态的转变特性。结果表明:在启停阶段,声发射信号均方根值与摩擦扭矩值变化趋势相同,均为先增大后减小,最后再增大至一稳定值,二者具有很强的相关性;研究的配副材料在7 s左右出现声发射信号峰值,表明此时发生从干摩擦状态到混合摩擦状态的转变;稳定阶段的声发射信号以及摩擦扭矩值分别与转速、压力呈正比关系。To test the transition characteristics of friction state during the start-up and stop stages of contact mechanical seal,the friction characteristics of the C-SiC pairing materials were experimentally studied by using the self-developed friction and wear experimental device.By collecting the acoustic emission(AE) signal and friction torque data during start-up and stop process,the correlation between them was analyzed,and the transformation characteristics of end face friction during start-up and stop process were studied.The results show that the root mean square value of AE signal and friction torque value have the same evolution trend in the start-up and stop stage,which first increases,then decreases,and finally increases to a stable value,showing a strong correlation.The AE signal peak of pairing materials appears at about 7 s,indicating the transition from dry friction state to mixed friction state occurs at this speed.The AE signal and friction torque value in the stable stage are directly proportional to the speed and pressure respectively.
