摘  要:研究了柠檬酸铅(PbCi)、2,4-二羟基苯甲酸铜(β-Cu)及其与炭黑(CB)的复合物对低铝HTPE推进剂主要组分、燃烧性能、工艺性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,PbCi、β-Cu对低铝HTPE推进剂燃速表现出不同的催化效果。PbCi对5~11 MPa的燃速影响不明显,但能够提高11~19 MPa的燃速;β-Cu可有效提高5~19 MPa下的燃速。复合催化剂PbCi/CB对推进剂9~19 MPa下的燃速具有抑制作用,复合催化剂β-Cu/CB对燃速的影响与相同含量β-Cu相当。PbCi、β-Cu及其与CB的复合催化剂均能降低5~11 MPa的压强指数,提高11~19 MPa的压强指数。低铝HTPE推进剂药浆工艺性能不受PbCi、β-Cu及其CB复合催化剂的影响;PbCi可有效提高低铝HTPE在-40℃下的延伸率;β-Cu使推进剂20℃及50℃下的抗拉强度和延伸率大幅降低。The effects of lead citrate(PbCi)and 2,4-dihydroxy Copper benzoate(β-Cu)as well as their complexes with carbon black(CB)on the main components and combustion,process,and mechanical properties of low aluminum HTPE propellants are studied.The results indicate that PbCi,β-Cu show different catalytic effects on the burning rate of low aluminum HTPE propellant.PbCi has little effect on the burning rate at 5~11 MPa,but can increase the burning rate at 11~19 MPa.β-Cu can effectively increase the burning rate at 5~19 MPa.The composite catalyst PbCi/CB has an inhibitory effect on the ignition rate at propellant 9~19 MPa,and the effect of the composite catalystβ-Cu/CB on the ignition rate is comparable to that of the same content ofβ-Cu.PbCi,β-Cu and their composite catalysts with CB can reduce the pressure index of 5~11 MPa and increase the pressure index of 11~19 MPa.The process properties of low-alumina HTPE propellant slurry are not affected by PbCi,β-Cu and their CB composite catalysts;PbCi effectively improves the elongation of low-alumina HTPE at-40℃;andβ-Cu causes a significant reduction in tensile strength and elongation of the propellant at 20℃and 50℃.
