摘 要:为探究六极轨道电磁发射器的电磁屏蔽特性,针对四极电磁发射器的结构特点,设计了六极电磁发射器并对其电磁特性进行研究。利用有限元方法,采用同一脉冲成形网络对发射装置进行供电,对四极和六极电磁发射装置的电流、出口速度及磁场屏蔽效果进行了对比仿真分析。仿真结果表明:在同一激励电路下,四极电磁发射器的推进力及出口速度是六极电磁发射器的两倍左右;六极电磁发射器能够有效降低电枢引流弧和枢轨接触面电流密度的集中现象,减小磨损与转捩的发生;较四极电磁发射器而言,六极电磁发射器具有更大的磁场屏蔽范围、更好的磁场屏蔽效果,可以为智能抛体提供更好的磁场环境。In order to investigate the electromagnetic shielding characteristics of the six-pole orbital electromagnetic transmitter,the six-pole electromagnetic transmitter is designed and its electromagnetic characteristics are studied with respect to the structural characteristics of the four-pole electromagnetic transmitter.Using the finite element method,the same pulse forming network is used to power the emitter,and the current,exit velocity and magnetic field shielding effect of the four-pole and six-pole electromagnetic emitter are simulated and analyzed in comparison.Simulation results show that the propulsive force and exit velocity of the quadrupole electromagnetic emitter are about twice that of the hexapole electromagnetic emitter under the same excitation circuit.The six-pole electromagnetic transmitter effectively reduces the concentration of current density at the armature pilot arc and pivot rail contact surfaces,reducing wear and turning.Compared with the four-pole electromagnetic emitter,the six-pole electromagnetic emitter has a larger magnetic field shielding range and better magnetic field shielding effect,which can provide a better magnetic field environment for the smart throwing body.
