摘  要:座圈作为炮塔载荷的主要安装与承载结构,其动态刚度的优劣是影响射击效能的重要因素。基于Hypermesh数值CAE软件,构建了某两栖车辆新质材料白车身有限元模型,对炮塔座圈关键位置进行了动态刚度数值计算分析,获得加速度频率响应曲线(IPI曲线);通过动态刚度测试试验对有限元模型进行了验证,结果表明,在对动态刚度特性曲线的对比分析的基础之上,对薄弱模态刚度点的优化设计,便座圈关重点模态刚度得到了显著改善;研究结果可为两栖车辆新质材料白车身的设计提供重要的理论依据。As the main installation and load-bearing structure of turret,the modal stiffness of the seat ring is an important factor that affects the firing efficiency.In this paper,based on the Hypermesh CAE software,a finite element model of BIT(body-in-white)of a new material of amphibious vehicle is constructed.The modal stiffness of the key position of turret seat is calculated and analyzed,the acceleration frequency response curve(IPI curve)is obtained,and the finite element model is verified by modal stiffness test.Based on the comparative analysis of modal stiffness characteristic curves,the modal stiffness of the seat ring is significantly improved by the optimum design of the weak modal stiffness points,which provides an important theoretical basis for the design of new material BIT of amphibious vehicle.
