摘 要:针对大质量高动态侵彻战斗部动态爆炸自然破片飞散特性分布规律的问题,设计了基于火箭橇发射平台的速度和炸点可控的动态模拟试验,获取了牵连速度800 m/s的大质量侵彻战斗部爆炸破片飞散特性;提出对战斗部几何形态分段处理的方法,通过Mott模型生成合理的随机自然破片群,并运用FEM与DEM耦合法,构建拉格朗日能量系统控制方程,利用动态松弛法显式迭代求解,对破片场全时空域演化过程进行了数值仿真;仿真和试验结果的对比分析表明,自然破片着靶数量相对误差为3.3%,飞散角计算相对误差为1.22%,验证了数值仿真方法的可靠性。该研究为大质量高动态条件下侵彻战斗部破片分布提供准确预测方法,同时为大质量高动态侵彻战斗部毁伤效能评估提供支撑。Aiming at the problem of the distribution law of the natural fragmentation characteristics of the dynamic explosion of large-mass and high-dynamic penetrating warheads,this paper designs a dynamic simulation test based on the speed and explosion point controllable of the rocket sled launch platform,and obtains the flying and scattering characteristics of the large-mass intrusion of the warhead explosion fragments with a speed of 800 m/s.This paper proposes a method of segmented processing of warhead geometry,generates a reasonable random natural fragmentation group by Mott model,and constructs a control equation of Lagrange energy system by using FEM and DEM coupling method,and uses dynamic relaxation method to explicitly iteratively solve the equation.It also carries out numerical simulation of the evolution process of the whole space-time domain of the fragmentation site.Through the comparative analysis of the simulation and test results,the relative error of the number of natural fragmentation targets is 3.3%,and the relative error of the calculation of the flying dispersion angle is 1.22%,which verifies the reliability of the numerical simulation method.This study provides an accurate prediction method for the penetration of the warhead fragment distribution under large-mass and high-dynamic conditions,and it also provides support for the evaluation of the damage efficiency of large-mass and high-dynamic penetrating warheads.
