摘  要:针对枪弹射击精度超差问题,采用ABAQUS软件建立枪弹耦合模型,完成了在枪弹射击过程由于弹丸质量偏心造成的枪弹运动特性影响分析。仿真结果表明:弹丸质量偏心引起的枪口横向和纵向位移变化明显,且随着质量偏心的增加而造成枪口的纵向和横向位移幅度变大;同时质量偏心对弹丸的膛内摆角运动变化比引起的枪口振动位移变化更加明显和直接,严重影响枪弹射击精度,对弹丸出枪口的运动姿态和枪弹设计精度控制具有参考意义。In order to solve the problem of overshooting accuracy of projectile,the coupling model of projectile is established by ABAQUS software,and the influence of projectile motion characteristics caused by projectile mass eccentricity in the firing process is analyzed.The simulation results show that the lateral and longitudinal displacement of the muzzle are obviously changed due to the eccentric mass of the bullet,and with the increase of the mass eccentricity of the bullet,the longitudinal and transverse displacement range of the muzzle completed by the bullet in the shooting process also increases.At the same time,the bullet movement of projectile within the membrane caused by mass eccentricity has more obvious and direct effect than gun muzzle vibration displacement,which seriously affect the bullet shooting accuracy.This has reference significance to the motion posture of projectile exiting muzzle and the precision control of projectile design.
