摘　　要：乡村特色发展是充分发挥乡村价值,最大限度释放乡村的有用性并产生超额剩余价值的过程。因此,准确认知乡村价值是实现乡村特色发展的重要前提。乡村价值认知是一个动态变化的过程,新型城镇化时期的乡村价值再认知,将精准有效地指导乡村特色发展。苏南地区是推行乡村振兴的先行者,具备良好的发展基础和优越的资源禀赋,乡村振兴战略的全面实施,要求苏南乡村走向更高质量的特色化发展。基于乡村价值再认知,提出苏南乡村特色发展的思路,明确分类引导、分级谋划、分项强化的苏南乡村特色发展路径,以期为苏南乡村发展提供参考,为其他地区的乡村发展提供借鉴。Characteristic rural development is a process of releasing the usefulness,realizing the most value of the countryside,and an accurate cognition of rural value is the premise of characteristic development.The re-cognition of rural value in the era of new urbanization will guide rural development with precision.As a forerunner of rural revitalization,southern Jiangsu province is endowed with rich resources and advantageous development basis,and requires high quality and characteristic development based on the re-cognition of its rural values.Categorized guidance,leveled planning,specialized enhancement of rural development are proposed for characteristic development of southern Jiangsu province,which provides a reference for rural development in other regions.
