摘  要:针对广东省某生活污水厂进水总氮浓度高、COD偏低、碳氮比低、碳源投加量大的现状。为实现在少加、甚至不外加碳源的情况下,低碳氮比生活污水厂出水总氮稳定达标的目标,在现有一体化A2/O改良氧化沟的基础上,拟采取严控缺氧区溶解氧、利用出水氨氮控制风机风量等简便、易操作的措施强化脱氮。实践表明,在出水总氮达标的前提下,缺氧区溶解氧由0.56 mg/L降至0.36 mg/L,外加碳源的投加量可节省23%;保证出水氨氮不超标的情况下,最大限度地降低风机风量,可以不外加碳源,并确保总氮达标,达到了节省碳源和降低能耗的目的,降低了运营成本。There are some problems at municipal sewage treatment plant in Guang Dong including high concentration of total nitrogen of the influent water,low concentration of COD,low carbon and nitrogen ratio,high dosing quantity of carbon source.With less or even without additional carbon source,in order to achieve the goal of stable discharge up to standard of total nitrogen from low C/N ratio of municipal sewage treatment plant,some simple and easy to operating measures of optimize nitrogen removal were proposed on the basis of the existing integrated A2/O improved oxidation ditch process.The measures mainly included strictly controlling the dissolved oxygen in the anoxic areas,using the effluent ammonia nitrogen to control the air volume of the fans.Results from the operation showed that the dissolved oxygen in the anoxic areas was decreased from 0.56 mg/L to 0.36 mg/L,additional carbon source can be saved by 23%,under the premise that the total nitrogen of the effluent reaches the standard;Ensure that the effluent ammonia nitrogen meets the standard,when minimizing the fan air volume,not only without additional carbon source,but also ensure that the effluent total nitrogen met the standard.Achievachieve the purpose of saving carbon sources and energy consumption,saving the operating costs.
