废弃稀土基除磷吸附剂Mev-WP/P用于去除水中Pb(Ⅱ)的研究

摘  要:磁化蛭石负载稀土(La、Ce)复合材料循环利用除磷后的废弃物,经再生所得产物Mev-WP/P用于去除水中的Pb^(2+)。结果表明,Mev-WP/P所含大量的-PO4基团是除Pb^(2+)的主要原因。静电吸引以及-PO_(4)与Pb^(2+)生成络合物是去除Pb^(2+)的主要机理。Mev-WP/P吸附Pb^(2+)为吸热的单分子化学吸附过程,并在30 min内完成快速吸附。在pH 1~6内,随pH增加吸附容量显著增加,当pH为6,25℃时,吸附容量最高可达48.76 mg/g。水中共存阳离子Na^(+)、K^(+)对吸附无明显影响,而Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)有显著的竞争吸附作用,在实际应用中可加大廉价的Mev-WP/P剂量而克服。应用于选矿废水除铅的验证实验表明,Mev-WP/P投加剂量为1 g/L,30 min内可将起始浓度为0.867 mg/L的Pb2+全部去除。研究为具有类似除磷机理的稀土基磷吸附剂的循环再利用拓展新方向,为以废治废去除工业废水中的重金属探索新思路。Pb^(2+)removal using Mev-WP/P that is a reproduct of phosphorus removal by recycling of magnetized vermiculite loaded rare earth(La,Ce)composites was investigated.The results shows that the abundant-PO_(4) group on Mev-WP/P is the main reason for Pb2+removal,the main mechanisms of Pb^(2+)removal are electrostatic attraction and complex generation between-PO4 group and Pb^(2+).The Pb^(2+)adsorption by Mev-WP/P is a singlemolecule chemisorption process with endothermic reaction,which completes rapidly within 30 min.When pH is within 1~6,the larger the pH value,the larger the adsorption capacity.Besides,when pH is 6 in 25℃,the adsorption capacity reaches up to 48.76 mg/g.Coexisting Na^(+)and K^(+)in the water have no obvious effect on adsorption,but Ca2+and Mg^(2+)have a significantly competitive adsorption effect,which can be solved by increasing the cheap Mev-WP/P dose in practical applications.The verification experiments on lead removal from mineral processing wastewater show that Mev-WP/P at a dose of 1 g/L can completely remove Pb^(2+)with an initial concentration of 0.867 mg/L within 30 min.The study is prone to expand a new direction for the phosphorus recycle of rare earth-based adsorbents with similar phosphorus removal mechanisms,exploring some new ideas to remove heavy metals from industrial wastewater by treating wastes with wastes.
