摘 要:本文通过电絮凝法原位产Zn-Al LDHs吸附剂,原位吸附处理废水,考察了Zn-Al LDHs对以甲基橙(MO)为代表的有机难降解物质的吸附能力。实验结果表明,通过电絮凝法原位产生二价金属离子Zn2+,外部投加三价金属离子Al3+的体系能原位产生纯度较高的Zn-Al LDHs吸附絮体用于废水处理。研究发现,当Zn/Al摩尔比为1/0.5,电流密度为5 A/m2,溶液的初始pH为8,反应时间10 min时,Zn-Al LDHs对MO的去除率能够达到99.3%±0.3%。另外,通过XRD、SEM以及FT-IR等手段对该体系下产生的吸附絮体进行表征,证实了Zn-Al LDHs絮体对目标污染物有着较高的吸附能力。In this paper,Zn-Al layered double hydroxides(LDHs)adsorbent was produced in situ by electro-coagulation and used for in situ adsorption treatment of wastewater.The adsorption capacity of Zn-Al LDHs on refractory organic compounds represented by methyl orange(MO)was comprehensively investigated.The experimental results showed that the system with in situ generation of divalent metal ions Zn^(2+)by electrocoagulation and external injection of trivalent metal ions Al3+could produce in situ adsorbed flocs with high purity of Zn-Al LDHs for wastewater treatment.The study found that when the Zn/Al molar ratio was 1/0.5,the current density was 5 A/m^(2),the initial pH of the solution was 8,and the reaction time was 10 min,the removal rate of MO by Zn-Al LDHs could reach 99.3%±0.3%.In addition,the adsorption flocs generated in this system were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR),which confirmed that Zn-Al LDHs flocs had high adsorption capacity for target pollutants.
