摘  要:本文以酿酒废水二级生化出水为研究对象,对比研究了芬顿技术、Fe2+/PS工艺以及光催化技术深度处理酿酒废水的效果。通过单因素实验确定了不同工艺的最优参数,并对不同工艺处理后的三维荧光光谱、发光细菌生物毒性进行分析,探究酿酒废水处理过程中有机污染物去除特性和毒性转化规律。结果表明,深度处理工艺能够有效去除酿酒废水二级生化出水的有机污染物;急性毒性试验表明,芬顿工艺会抑制发光细菌的活性,可能与较低的pH及活性氧化物质的产生有关。In this study,secondary biochemical effluent in brewing wastewater was used for advanced treatment.The effects of the Fenton technology,Fe2+/PS process,and photocatalytic technology were compared for the deep treatment of brewing wastewater.The optimal parameters of different processes were determined through single-factor experiments.The 3D fluorescence spectroscopy and the biotoxicity of luminescent bacteria were used to explore the organic removal characteristics and toxicity transformation patterns in brewing wastewater treatment.The results showed that the deep treatment process can effectively remove organic pollutants from the brewery wastewater.The acute toxicity tests on the luminous bacteria showed that the Fenton process has significant inhibition of luminous bacteria,probably related to the lower pH and the production of active oxidants.
