摘  要:采用功能陶瓷膜催化臭氧氧化处理页岩气压裂废水,考察了不同功能陶瓷膜、初始pH、臭氧投加量、反应时间等因素对压裂废水处理效果和膜污染控制效果的影响。结果表明:氧化锰陶瓷膜、氧化钛陶瓷膜和氧化铝陶瓷膜具有良好的臭氧催化功能,与臭氧组合促进了氧化反应系统中羟基自由基(·OH)的产生,明显增强了废水处理效果,相比单独臭氧氧化COD去除率最高提升了21.65%。在初始pH为7.5、臭氧投加量为80 mg/L、反应时间为60 min时,氧化锰陶瓷膜与臭氧组合处理压裂废水COD去除率为79.17%;臭氧可有效控制氧化锰陶瓷膜污染,随着臭氧浓度的增加,ΔTMP明显下降,当臭氧投加量为80 mg/L时,ΔTMP达到最大下降比率72.78%。A combined process of functional ceramic membrane with ozonation was applied for the treatment of shale gas fracturing wastewater,and the influences of the different functional ceramic membrane,initial pH value,ozone dosage,reaction time on the effect of fracturing wastewater treatment and membrane fouling control were investigated.The results showed that the manganese dioxide ceramic membrane,titanium dioxide ceramic membrane,alumina ceramic film have a good ozone catalytic function,its enhanced the production of hydroxyl radical(·OH)combined with ozonation process,and significantly enhanced the wastewater treatment effect.The highest removal rate of COD has increased by 21.65%compared with ozonation alone.When the initial pH value was 7.5,ozone dosage was 80 mg/L,reaction time was 60 min,the removal rate of COD in the combined process of manganese dioxide ceramic membrane with ozonation reaching 79.17%.The fouling of manganese dioxide ceramic membrane could effectively control by ozone.The maximum falling rate of trans-membrane pressure(TMP)was reached 72.78%when the ozone dosage was 80 mg/L.
