摘 要:为研究厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR)处理垃圾渗滤液的效能与机制,依次考察了不同进水浓度下ASBR运行过程中有机物的去除效率、甲烷转化和污泥特性。结果表明:随着进水浓度的提升,ASBR表现出较高的垃圾渗滤液预处理效能,当进水COD为13000 mg/L,运行周期为12 h时,ASBR对COD的去除率稳定在90%以上,甲烷转化率可达到0.352 L/gCOD。垃圾渗滤液在厌氧消化过程由于氨氮的作用能产生一定的碱度,ASBR出水pH高于进水,稳定在7.0~7.2,且可抵消挥发性脂肪酸积累导致的酸化,增加系统的缓冲能力。ASBR预处理高浓度垃圾渗滤液具有较高的稳定性,可实现较高的甲烷产率。In order to study the efficiency and mechanism of anaerobic sequential batch reactor(ASBR)in treating landfill leachate,the removal efficiency,methane conversion and sludge characteristics of organic matter during ASBR operation at different influent concentrations were sequentially investigated.The results showed that ASBR has high landfill leachate pretreatment efficiency with the increase of the influent concentration.When the COD of the influent water was 13000 mg/L and the operating cycle was 12 h,the removal rate of ASBR to COD was stable at more than 90%,and the methane conversion rate could reach 0.352 L/g COD.Landfill leachate in the anaerobic digestion process due to the action of ammonia nitrogen can produce a certain alkalinity,the ASBR effluent pH is higher than the influent water,stable at 7.0~7.2,and can offset the acidification caused by the accumulation of volatile fatty acids,increase the buffering capacity of the system.The ASBR pretreatment of high concentration landfill leachate has high stability and can achieve high methane yield.
