摘  要:传统观点认为促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)具有显著促进红细胞生成作用,主要通过结合EPO受体(EPO receptor,EPOR)发挥着抑制红系祖细胞的凋亡和促进其分化的作用。新近研究发现,巨噬细胞亚群表达EPOR,并可通过EPO自分泌、旁分泌和EPO-EPOR通路调节发挥着重要的脏器保护性功能。靶向EPOR^(+)巨噬细胞或者重编程EPOR+巨噬细胞可能是众多疾病的一种新的治疗策略。文章综述了EPOR^(+)巨噬细胞在多种疾病中的功能及作用机制,以期为临床疾病的诊疗提供新思路。Traditionally,erythropoietin(EPO)is considered to significantly promote erythropoietin production,mainly by binding erythropoietin receptor(EPOR)to inhibit apoptosis and promote differentiation of erythropoietin progenitor cells.Recent studies have found that macrophage subsets express EPOR,which plays an important organ protective function through the regulation of EPO autocrine,paracrine and EPO-EPOR pathways.Targeting EPOR^(+) macrophages or reprogramming EPOR^(+) macrophages may be a new treatment strategy for many diseases.This review summarizes the functions and mechanisms of EPOR^(+) macrophages in various diseases,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
