摘  要:航空发动机叶片是典型的难加工易变形构件,其加工刚性弱、曲率变化快、壁厚差异大等特点,使其在磨削过程中不同位置加工刚性差异明显,引起接触压力分布、接触面积等状态变化,导致表面加工质量不一致。因此,为实现弱刚性叶片磨削接触状态调控,基于叶片加工工艺特性分析,设计新型柔顺度可控的接触轮,展开接触轮与叶片表面磨削接触特性研究,仿真验证接触轮柔顺度调控的可行性及叶片不同位置接触状态差异性,揭示了不同的接触轮柔顺度对叶片表面磨削接触压力分布、接触法向力、叶片加工变形等状态的影响规律,结合接触轮力-变形曲线说明接触轮的柔顺度特征变化。磨削接触实验表明,接触轮的柔顺度调控对磨削接触特性具有显著影响,接触法向力随柔顺度的增大而减小,降幅最大约为46%,接触轮柔顺度调控对适应弱刚性叶片不同位置加工状态变化、获得均匀一致的加工质量提出了高效可靠的实现方法。Aero-engine blade is a typical component which is difficult to machine and easy to deform.Because of the weak rigidity,changes of curvature,inconsistent thickness,the machining rigidity of blade is varied at different positions during grinding process.This will cause changes in contact pressure distribution,contact area and other states,and eventually lead to inconsistent surface processing quality.Therefore,in order to control the grinding contact state of weak rigid blade,a new type of grinding contact wheel with controllable flexibility is designed based on the analysis of blade processing characteristics.The simulation verifies the feasibility of the compliance control of contact wheel and the difference of the contact state at different positions of the blade.Besides,the study on the contact characteristics between grinding wheel and blade surface is carried out to reveal the effects of different compliance of contact wheel on contact pressure distribution,normal contact force and machining deformation.Combined with the force displacement curve,the change of compliance characteristics of contact wheel is explained.The grinding contact experiments show that the compliance of contact wheel has a significant impact on the grinding contact characteristics,and the normal contact force decreases with the increase of compliance,with a maximum decrease of about 50%.An efficient and reliable implementation method is put forward to adapt to the changes of machining states at different positions of weakly rigid blades and obtain uniform machining quality based on active compliance regulation.
