摘 要:通过在有机硅树脂中添加不同粒径(2μm、300 nm、20 nm/300 nm和20 nm)的SiO_(2),制备了具有不同表面结构的有机硅-SiO_(2)复合涂层,并设计进行了涂层的凝露实验和闪络实验,系统地研究了涂层表面结构对其凝露和闪络特性的影响。研究结果显示,随着添加SiO_(2)粒径的减小,复合涂层表面粗糙度明显增加,静态接触角θ逐渐增大,20 nm SiO_(2)复合涂层(θ=152°)表现出超疏水特性。凝露实验表明,20 nm SiO_(2)复合涂层表面的液滴出现时间延长至1 min,凝露30 min时涂层表面99%的液滴尺寸小于150μm,防凝露效果良好。闪络实验表明,随着添加SiO_(2)粒径的减小,复合涂层表面闪络电压增大;20 nm SiO_(2)复合涂层的闪络电压增加至15.4 kV,是有机硅树脂涂层的2倍,表现出优异的防闪络特性。In this paper,silicone-SiO_(2) composite coatings with different surface structures were prepared by adding SiO_(2) with different particle sizes(2μm,300 nm,20 nm/300 nm and 20 nm)to the silicone resin,and the condensation experiment and flashover experiment of the coatings were designed and carried out.The effect of the coating surface structure on its condensation and flashover characteristics was studied systematically.The results show that with the decrease of SiO_(2) particle size,the composite coating surface roughness increases significantly,the static contact angleθincreases gradually,and the 20 nm SiO_(2) composite coating(θ=152°)shows superhydrophobic properties.The condensation experiment shows that the droplet appearance time on the 20 nm SiO_(2) composite coating surface is extended to 1 min,and 99%of the droplet size on the coating surface is less than 150μm after 30 min of condensation,which shows good anti-condensation effect.The flashover experiment shows that the flashover voltage of the composite coating increases with the decrease of SiO_(2) particle size;for the 20 nm SiO_(2) composite coating,the flashover voltage increases to 15.4 kV,which is twice of that of the silicone resin coating,showing excellent anti-flashover characteristic.
