摘 要:热-结构试验是支撑高超声速飞行器研制的关键。简述了典型高超声速飞行器气动加热状况及其对结构的综合影响,分析并给出了高超声速飞行器热-结构试验内涵与主要特征。系统性梳理总结了热防护试验、热密封试验、热冲击试验、热强度试验以及热疲劳试验等典型热-结构试验科目相关技术现状,叙述了高超声速飞行器热-结构试验体系发展概貌,对全面了解高超声速飞行器热-结构试验体系具有一定参考价值。在新一代高超声速飞行器研制牵引下,热-结构试验也必将面临新的发展机遇与挑战,给出了热-结构试验下一步研究重点初步建议。Thermal-structural test is the key to support the development of hypersonic vehicles.The aerodynamic heating condition of a typical hypersonic vehicle and its comprehensive influence on the structure are briefly described,the connotation and main characteristics of thermal-structural test of hypersonic vehicles are analyzed.The typical thermal-structural test subjects such as thermal protection test,thermal sealing test,thermal shock test,thermal strength test and thermal fatigue test are systematically summarized.The development of thermal-structure test systems of hypersonic vehicles are outlined,which has a certain reference value for a comprehensive understanding of thermal-structure test system of hypersonic vehicles.With the development of the new generation of hypersonic vehicles,the thermal-structure test will also face new development opportunities and challenges,and the preliminary suggestions for the next research focus on thermal-structure tests are given.
