摘  要:因缺少废钢资源,我国钢铁生产将长期采用高炉-转炉长流程工艺,高炉操作至今仍主要依赖于人类专家的经验。从高炉数学模型、炼铁知识获取与应用、过程数据的获取等方面阐述了高炉炼铁大数据技术的发展现状,并提出了推进高炉炼铁大数据技术的思考。认为各种类型的数学模型是工业软件,在炼铁大数据技术中处于核心地位,但需要针对不同高炉的具体条件研究开发;对高炉内衬工作状态、炉缸内渣铁蓄积量、风口回旋区煤气焦炭,以及滴落带渣铁行为等的在线监测需要先进的检测技术;加强高炉下部焦炭降级行为的研究是高炉炼铁大数据技术发展的迫切需要。Facing the challenge of short steel scrap resources,BF-BOF route will be applied for a long term further in Chi-na's iron and steel production,and BF operation will still be carried out depending on the experience of human expert main-ly.It is introduced the development status of big data technology of BF ironmaking and a suggestion is put forward on promo-ting the said technology in terms of mathematical model,knowledge acquiring and application,and process data acquiring.Various types of mathematical models are believed to be industrial software,and they are the core factor of big data technolo-gy of ironmaking,which shall be studied and developed according to the specific conditions of different blast furnaces;and the sophisticated measuring technology is indispensable for on-line monitoring of furnace inner lining status,accumulation of hot metal and slag in hearth,gas and coke condition at tuyere raceway,and behavior of hot metal and slag at dripping zone;The study on the coke degradation behavior at lower part of the furnace is also considered as an urgent subject of the big data tech-nology of BF ironmaking.
