摘  要:对长钢8号高炉炉缸炉底破损调查及长寿经验进行了总结分析。8号高炉一代炉役寿命9年10个月,单位炉容产铁量10640t/m^(3),停炉后进行的炉缸炉底破损调查结果表明,炉缸与炉底交界处侵蚀最为严重,呈象脚状侵蚀,炉缸炭砖部分环裂,炉底5层满铺炭砖完好,炉缸侵蚀的原因主要是铁水环流、铁水溶蚀、有害元素侵蚀和热应力等。8号高炉这一代炉役的长寿经验:一是均衡稳定的生产组织;二是长期稳定顺行的炉况;三是及时采取相应的护炉生产措施,四是合理应用炉体维护技术。The refractory erosion status of Changgang No.8 BF hearth and bottom is investigated and the experience of furnace long campaign is analyzed.The furnace boasts its one generation campaign of 9 years and 10 months with specific output of 10640t/m^(3).The investigation is made after blowing-down of the furnace and the result indicates that the most serious erosion occurs at the interface of the hearth and the bottom,and it is of elephant-foot shape.The hearth carbon bricks suffer ring cracks partially,but 5 layers of the carbon brick sat the bottom are healthy.It is believed that hearth erosion is mainly caused by hot metal circulation and erosion,harmful element erosion and thermal stress.The experience of long furnace campaign is summarized as balanced and stable production organization,long-term stable and smooth running of the furnace,appropriate and timely furnace protection,and application of furnace body maintenance technology.
