摘 要:裕华5号高炉炉缸侧壁铁口下方第8层热电偶温度最高达到了660℃,根据热电偶温度数据的计算结果表明,炉缸侧壁炭砖在垂直方向与圆周方向上均受到了一定程度的侵蚀,炭砖薄弱区域位于铁口下方1.2m处,最薄处位于西铁口方向,炭砖残余厚度约为670mm。导致炉缸侧壁温度异常升高的原因,一是有害元素含量偏高,二是焦炭质量难以保证,三是死料柱状态欠佳,四是铁水中的碳不饱和。认为5号高炉应降低有害元素的入炉负荷,加强排锌排碱,以减少有害元素在炉内的富集,并严格控制入炉焦炭质量,以缓解死料柱根部对炉缸侧壁的侵蚀。The temperature measured by the thermocouples of the 8th layer in the hearth side wall of Yuhua Steel No.5 BF below the taphole reaches 660℃ maximum,and the calculation made according to the thermocouple readings proves that the carbon bricks on the hearth side wall are eroded in both vertical and circumferential directions.The thinner area of the carbon bricks is seen at the portion 1.2m below the taphole,and the thinnest area is near the west taphole with the residual thick-ness of about 670mm.The main causes of abnormal temperature rise of hearth side wall fall on higher content of harmful ele-ments,unstable coke quality,unfavorable dead stock status and unsaturated carbon in the hot metal.Therefore,it is sugges-ted to reduce the content of harmful elements brought to the furnace and enhance zinc and alkali removal for suppressing the enrichment of harmful elements in the furnace,and strengthen the coke quality for abating the erosion of hearth side wall caused by the dead stocks.
