摘　　要：俄罗斯高超声速武器发展已经处于世界前列,针对俄罗斯高超声速武器发展的现有成果和主要做法,从主要导弹和典型项目两个方面入手,对俄罗斯高超声速武器的主要类型、基本性能、发展思路、进展和状态等进行了系统的研究和总结,分析了俄罗斯高超声速武器发展的主要特点。聚焦战略地位、战略威胁及战略环境,从战略威慑、能力发挥、体系构建、作战运用、建设发展等方面提出了高超声速武器建设发展建议。Development of Russian hypersonic weapons has been at the forefront in the world.Based on the existing achievements and main practices of Russian hypersonic weapons,the main types,basic performance,development ideas,progresses and status of Russian hypersonic weapons are systematically researched and summarized from two aspects of main missiles and typical projects.The main characteristics of Russian hypersonic weapon development are analyzed.Focusing on the strategic position,strategic threat and strategic environment,some advices on the construction and development of hypersonic weapons are put forward,which are relevant to strategic deterrence,combat ability,construction of systems,combat application,construction and development.
