摘 要:糖皮质激素(glucocorticoid,GC)是公认的治疗系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)的基础药物。但最新研究显示GC副作用可以引起器官损害,其机制不明。GC在细胞质和GC受体结合后,除了转运至细胞核也转运至线粒体,GC通过细胞核通路的基因调控,发挥抗炎功能,目前研究显示GC线粒体途径调控具有促炎作用,与GC治疗红斑狼疮相关器官损害发生机制有契合点。GC既可以抗炎缓解SLE器官损害,也可以慢性蓄积性损害SLE器官,GC对SLE器官损害是双刃剑,且机制不清,文章对相关研究进行综述。Glucocorticoid(GC)is recognized as the basic drug for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).However,the latest research shows that the side effects of GC can cause organ damage,and its mechanism is unknown.After the combination of cytoplasm and GC receptor,GC is not only transported to nucleus,but also to mitochondria.GC plays an anti-inflammatory role through gene regulation of nuclear pathway.Current research shows that the regulation of GC mitochondrial pathway has a pro-inflammatory effect,which is consistent with the mechanism of GC in the treatment of lupus erythematosus related organ damage.Although GC can alleviate SLE organ damage by preventing inflammation,GC will cause cumulative chronic damage to SLE organs.Therefore,GC is a double-edged sword for SLE organ damage,and the mechanism is unclear.This paper reviews the relevant research.
