含磷废物制备饲料级磷酸氢钙的结晶工艺研究

摘　　要：以铝合金表面处理产生的化学抛光废液(硫磷混酸)浸出含磷污泥并除去其中镍、铜等重金属的浸出液为原料,采用结晶工艺制备饲料级磷酸氢钙,研究结晶温度、一段结晶终点pH、二段结晶终点pH、晶种加入量、CaCO_(3)料浆质量浓度、Ca(OH)_(2)料浆质量浓度、晶化时间等因素对磷酸氢钙产品性能的影响。结果表明,制备饲料级磷酸氢钙的优化结晶条件为:结晶温度40℃、一段结晶终点pH 3.0、二段结晶终点pH 6.0、晶种加入量5.0%、CaCO_(3)料浆质量浓度50 g/L、Ca(OH)_(2)料浆质量浓度100 g/L、晶化时间30 min。在优化条件下,饲料级磷酸氢钙产品w(附着水)可降为24.94%,并且纯度可以达到GB 22549—2017 I型产品的要求,镍、铜含量低于市场上销售的饲料级磷酸氢钙产品。The phosphorus containing sludge is leached with sulfur phosphorus mixed acid produced by surface treatment of aluminum alloy parts,and heavy metals such as nickel and copper are removed from the leaching solution.Using this material as raw material,a crystallization process is used to produce feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate.The effects of crystallization temperature,pH value of the first and second stage endpoint,amount of crystal seeds,mass concentration of CaCO_(3)slurry,mass concentration of Ca(OH)_(2)slurry and crystallization time on the performance of calcium hydrogen phosphate products are studied.The results show that the optimal crystallization conditions are as fllows:The crystallization temperature is 40℃,pH value of the first stage endpoint and second stage endpoint are 3.0 and 6.0,the amount of crystal seeds is 5.0%,the mass concentration of CaCO_(3)slurry is 50 g/L,the mass concentration of Ca(OH)_(2)slurry is 100 g/L,and crystallization time is 30 min.Under the above optimization conditions,the attached water content of calcium hydrogen phosphate products can be reduced to 24.94%,and the purity can meet the requirements of I type products in GB 225492017,the nickel and copper content is also lower than that of feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate products sold in the market.
