摘  要:以湿法磷酸净化萃余酸和尿素为原料,采用中和法制备磷酸脲,通过实验获得较优的工艺条件为:萃余酸w(P_(2)O_(5))39%,萃余酸和尿素摩尔比1∶1,结晶时间4 h。在较优条件下可以得到w(P_(2)O_(5))大于44%、w(N)大于17%的结晶状磷酸脲产品。添加萃余酸质量0.06%的结晶助剂可得到质量和晶型都较好的磷酸脲产品。对滤液进行二次浓缩结晶研究,二级产品P_(2)O_(5)和N含量均低于GB/T 27805—2011要求,可以与一级产品分级利用,二级滤液可作为液体肥原料。The urea phosphate is prepared by neutralization method with the raffinate acid from wet-process phosphoric acid purification apparatus and urea as raw materials.The optimum process conditions are obtained:The w(P_(2)O_(5))of raffinate acid is 39%,the molar ratio of raffinate acid and urea is 1:1,and the crystallization time is 4 h.Under optimal conditions,crystalline urea phosphate products with w(P_(2)O_(5))>44%and w(N)>17%can be obtained.When the crystallization additive amount is 0.06%of raffinate acid,urea phosphate products with good quality and crystal are obtained.Secondary concentration and crystallization of the filtrate is researched,the content of P_(2)O_(5) and N in the secondary product is lower than the requirements of GB/T 278052011,and it can be graded and utilized,the secondary filtrate can be used as material of liquid fertilizer.
