摘  要:我国北方磷矿资源稀缺,而且品位较低。对现场磁选回收钒钛磁铁矿之后的低品位磷灰石进行浮选,为了提高低温浮选回收率,以高碘值的脂肪酸为原料,添加混合型烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂,获得低温捕收剂,浮选过程中采用Na_(2)CO_(3)为pH调整剂,水玻璃为抑制剂,对原矿进行一次粗选、两次精选、一次扫选中矿返回粗选闭路流程实验,在浮选温度为14~15℃,正浮粗选Na_(2)CO_(3)、水玻璃、捕收剂用量分别为1.0 kg/t、0.47 kg/t、0.42 kg/t,扫选捕收剂用量为0.5 kg/t,精选不加药的条件下,获得精矿产率6.15%、精矿w(P_(2)O_(5))30.21%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率88.05%的选矿指标。Phosphate resources in the north of China are scarce and with low grade.Flotation of low grade apatite after recovery of vanadium titanium magnetite by magnetic separation is studied.In order to improve the recovery rate of low temperature flotation,using high iodine value fatty acids as raw materials,a mixed alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether surfactant is added to obtain a low-temperature collector.Sodium carbonate is used as pH regulator and water glass is used as depressant,a closed circuit process test is conducted through one roughing,two cleanings,one sweeping,and intermediate rock return to roughing process.The flotation temperature is 14-15℃,and the amounts of Na_(2)CO_(3),water glass,and collector used in the roughing process are 1.0 kg/t,O.47 kg/t and 0.42 kg/t,respectively,the amount of collector used in the sweeping process is 0.5 kg/t,under the condition of no addition of reagents during the cleaning process,a concentrate with yield of 6.15%,P_(2)O_(5)grade of 30.21%,and P_(2)O_(5)recovery rate of 88.05%is obtained.
