摘 要:本文以基于改进半导体器件反向换流(ICCOS)模块的高温超导电感储能脉冲电源电路为研究对象,对该脉冲电源电路的工作过程进行分析,确定改进电路中关键参数的选取原则。根据电路的设计参数,搭建超导电感储能脉冲电源电路实验平台,并成功实现了连续电流脉冲的输出。实验结果验证了分析结果的准确性和有效性。In this paper,a high-temperature superconducting inductive energy-storage pulsed power supply circuit based on the improved inverse current commutation with semiconductor devices(ICCOS)module was taken as the research object.The working process of the pulse power supply circuit was analyzed,and the selection principle of the key parameters in the improved circuit was determined.According to the design parameters of the circuit,an experimental platform of superconducting inductive energy storage pulsed power supply circuit was built,and the output of continuous current pulse was successfully realized.The experimental results verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the analysis results.
