摘  要:通过研制一套深低温变温装置用于提供被测样品所需6 K~300 K变温环境,进而测试顺磁共振波谱(EPR)g因子在不同温度下的相互作用。采用GM制冷机作冷源,制冷机通过柔性导冷结构以固体传导的形式将冷量传递到样品腔外壁,被测样品在样品腔内部,样品腔内充填微正压高纯氦气作为被测样品导冷介质,样品腔内壁通过与样品腔内部高纯氦气换热,最终氦气将冷量传递到被测样品表面从而实现被测样品的降温。同时采用多级控温形式确保被测样品6 K~300 K全温区mK级控温。通过制冷机的合理选取、样品区极低漏热以及冷量高效传热的设计,实现被测样品可达6 K最低温的同时,被测样品从300 K降温至6 K所需时间为170 min左右。设备同时具有快速升降温、不停机换样、高精度自动控温等功能。A set of variable temperature device was developed to provide 6 K to 300 K variable temperature environment required by the measured sample,the interaction of the paramagnetic electron sequence spectrometer(EPR)g factor at different temperatures was tested.Using GM refrigerator as the cooling source,transferred the cold energy to the outer wall of the sample cavity in the form of solid conduction through the flexible cold conduction structure.The measured sample was placed inside the sample cavity,which was filled with micro-positive pressure high-purity helium as the cold guide medium of the tested sample.The inner wall of the sample cavity was exchanged with the high-purity helium inside the sample cavity,and finally the helium brought cold energy to the surface of the measured sample to achieve the cooling of the measured sample.At the same time,the multi-stage temperature control form was adopted to ensure the mK-level temperature control for the measured sample in the full temperature zone of 6 K to 300 K.Through the reasonable selection of the refrigerator,the extremely low heat leakage in the sample area and the efficient heat transfer design,the measured sample can reach the lowest temperature of 6 K at the same time,and the time required for the measured sample to cool from 300 K to 6 K is less than 3 h.At the same time,the device has the functions of rapid temperature increase,non-stop sample change and high-precision automatic temperature control.
