摘 要:针对冷库制冷系统风量设定不合理导致系统制冷性能差的问题,采用准双级压缩补气技术,搭建了基于R404A的冷库制冷系统试验台。通过控制风量对系统总功率、制冷量进行调控,解析风量设定值对系统主要性能参数的影响规律。研究表明:当库内风量在3500~7500 m3/h提高过程中,系统制冷量提高了0.23%~3.62%,COP增大了0.93%~16.61%,在风量达到6500 m^(3)/h时系统总功率存在最小值7.85 kW,EER存在最大值2.24,此时为最佳风量;当库外风量在3000~9000 m^(3)/h内提高过程中,系统制冷量提高了0.29%~5.9%,COP增大了2.37%~20.22%,在风量达到6500 m^(3)/h时总功率存在最小值6.31 kW,EER存在最大值2.17,此时为最佳风量。In order to study the effect of air volume setting on system performance in cold storage refrigeration system,a new micro-channel heat exchanger refrigeration experimental platform based on R404A was designed and built by using quasi-two-stage compression and air supplement technology.The total power and cooling capacity of the system were regulated by controlling the air volume,and the influence of the air volume setting value on the main system performance parameters was analyzed.The study found that when the air volume increases within 3500 to 7500 m3/h,the system cooling capacity increases by 0.23%to 3.62%and COP increases by 0.93%to 16.61%.When the air volume reaches 6500 m^(3)/h,the system total power has a minimum value of 7.85 kW and the maximum value of EER is 2.24,which indicates the optimal air volume.When the air volume outside the library increases within 3000 to 9000 m^(3)/h,the system cooling capacity increases by 0.29%to 5.9%and COP increases by 2.37%to 20.22%.When the air volume reaches 6500 m^(3)/h,the system total power has a minimum value of 6.31 kW and the maximum value of EER is 2.17,which indicates the optimal air volume.
