摘 要:针对冷库制冷系统在夏季高温运行时,压缩机排气温度过高及制冷性能减弱的问题,设计搭建了准二级压缩型制冷系统试验台。在库内0℃、压缩机转速为3500 r/min工况下,分析研究不同环境温度对冷库制冷系统性能的影响,并与单级压缩型系统进行对比。研究表明:当环境温度从26℃上升到42℃时,准二级压缩系统的排气温度、排气压力相比单级压缩系统分别降低了11.47%~14.17%、9.40%~13.09%;而压缩机功率、制冷量和COP相比单级压缩系统分别增加了3.04%~4.98%、9.25%~18.80%和3.90%~14.46%。Aiming at the problems of high compressor discharge temperature and weakened refrigeration performance when the cold storage refrigeration system operates at high temperature in summer,a quasi-stage two-stage compression type refrigeration system test bench was designed and constructed.In the library at 0℃with the compressor speed of 3500 r/min,the impact of different ambient temperatures on the performance of the cold storage refrigeration system were studied and analyzed,and compared with the single-stage compression type system.The study shows that when the ambient temperature rises from 26℃to 42℃,the exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure of the quasi-stage two-stage compression system are reduced by 11.47%to 14.17%and 9.40%to 13.09%respectively compared with the single-stage compression system,while the compressor power,refrigeration capacity and COP increase by 3.04%to 4.98%,9.25%to 18.80%and 3.90%to 3.90%respectively compared with the single-stage compression system.
