摘　　要：协同治理背景下的高校档案资源开发,是档案治理新兴模式,突出强调“多元治理”“多中心治理”的治理结构,实质要求档案资源开发主体的协同性、开发客体的共享性、开发权责的对等性。相比传统的“一元治理”模式下档案资源开发存在开发群体分化、协同意识不强以及协同能力不足等弊端,构建资源协同开发机制是“多元治理”模式下高校档案资源协同开发实现理想目标的有效保障。加强主体协同、搭建联动平台、畅通沟通渠道是构建高校档案资源协同开发机制的有效路径,以协同共治促进我国档案治理现代化。University archives resources development under the background of collaborative governance is the newly emerging modeof archives governance, which highlights the multi-governance and multi-center governance structure, essentially requires thecollaboration of the subjects of archives resources development, the sharing of the objects of development and the equivalence ofthe rights and responsibilities of development. Compared with the traditional unitary governance mode in which the development ofarchives resources has disadvantages such as group differentiation, weak collaborative consciousness and insufficient collaborativeability, the establishment of resources collaborative development mechanism is an effective guarantee for the realization of the idealgoal of collaborative development of archives resources in universities under the mode of multiple governance. It is an effectiveway to establish the collaborative development mechanism of archives resources in colleges and universities by strengthening thecoordination of subjects, establishing linkage platform and unimpeded communication channel, which can promote themodernization of archives governance in our country through collaborative governance.
