摘　　要：地质资料是地质活动的客观历史记录,也是地质工作者智慧的结晶,是国家重要的信息资源和数据资产。完善的地质资料汇交管理制度是做好资料汇聚和服务利用的根本保障。通过分析地质资料汇交管理制度现状,梳理了目前地质资料汇交、保护和监管方面存在的问题,结合目前矿产资源管理改革、地质工作转型升级和深化“放管服”改革的背景、地质资料工作面临的新形势新需求,在法规完善、制度规范等方面给出了具体的对策建议。Geological data are objective historical records of geological activities, the crystallization of geologists' wisdom, andimportant national information resources and data assets. A sound geological data collection management system is the fundamentalguarantee for data collection, service and utilization. By analyzing the status quo of the geological data collection managementsystem, the problems existing in the current geological data collection, protection and supervision are sorted out. Combined with thenew situation and new demands of geological data work under the background of current mineral resources management reform,geological work transformation and upgrading, and deepening of the reform of "decentralization, management and service", specificsuggestions on countermeasures are given in terms of improving laws and regulations and standardizing systems and norms.
