摘 要:潞宁煤业公司22126运输巷为典型的软弱破碎围岩巷道,采用单一锚杆(索)支护方式,支护阻力较小,难以解决巷道围岩承载能力弱、变形量大的难题。为有效控制巷道变形,促进矿井安全生产,提出了“锚架”联合支护技术控制软弱破碎巷道,阐述其支护机理,建立了“锚架”联合支护组合拱模型,得出了“锚架”支护组合拱结构的极限承载能力。采用FLAC3D数值模拟对围岩控制方案进行优化,结果表明,“锚架”联合支护方案较锚网支护方案、架棚支护方案下顶板最大位移分别减小了63.3%、68.9%,两帮最大位移量分别减小了69.1%、65.6%,软弱破碎围岩巷道变形得到了有效控制。现场实测巷道最大顶板下沉量为156 mm,最大两帮移近量为139 mm,巷道断面收敛率减小,有效地控制了巷道变形。The 22126 transport roadway of Luning coal industry company is a typical weak and broken surrounding rock roadway,which adopts the single bolt(cable)support method,and the support resistance is small,so it is difficult to solve the problems of weak bearing capacity and large deformation of surrounding rock.In order to effectively control roadway deformation and promote mine safety production,the technology of"anchor frame"combined support is put forward to control weak broken roadway,its supporting mechanism is expounded,the combined arch model of"anchor frame"combined support is established,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the combined arch structure of"anchor frame"support is obtained.FLAC3D numerical simulation is used to optimize the surrounding rock control scheme.The results show that the maximum roof displacement of the"anchor frame"combined support scheme is reduced by 63.3%and 68.9%,and the maximum displacement of the two sides is reduced by 69.1%and 65.6%,respectively,compared with the anchor net support scheme and the scaffolding support scheme.The deformation of the weak broken surrounding rock roadway is effectively controlled.The maximum subsidence of roadway roof is 156 mm and the maximum displacement of two sides is 139 mm.The convergence rate of roadway section is reduced and the roadway deformation is effectively controlled.
