摘 要:为了研究复杂夹矸煤层条件下高效回采技术,以淮北孙疃矿10111夹矸工作面为工程背景,对工作面现场夹矸进行点载荷实验,得到夹矸的点载荷强度;提出了3种夹矸煤层回采技术方案,并采用了FLAC^(3D)数值模拟方法分析了复杂夹矸层回采技术方案。结果表明:10111夹矸工作面矸石点载荷平均强度为2.23 MPa;对3种夹矸煤层回采技术方案通过数值模拟进行对比验证,最终通过对安全管理、经济效益以及技术难度对比,确定了巨厚段留夹矸回采技术方案更满足高效回采。现场验证表明:10111夹矸工作面出煤量总产量占全矿总产量的76.6%,保证了工作面的高产量,可为复杂夹矸煤层工作面的高效开采提供有益借鉴。In order to investigate the efficient mining technology under the condition of complex parting coal seam,taking 10111 parting working face of Huaibei Suntuan mine as engineering background,thepoint load strength of dirt band obtained by point load experiment on site of working face.Three mining technical schemes of parting coal seam are put forward.The FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation method is used to analyze the mining technology scheme of complex gangue layer.The results show that the average strength of gangue point load in 10111 gangue working face is 2.23 MPa.Three kinds of gangue coal seam mining technology schemes are compared and verified by numerical simulation.Finally,through the comparison of safety management,economic benefit and technical difficulty,it is determined that the technical scheme of retaining gangue in super thick section is more suitable for efficient mining.Field verification shows that the total coal output of 10111 gangue working face accounts for 76.6%of the total output of the whole mine,which ensures the high output of the working face and provides a useful reference for the efficient mining of complex gangue coal seam working face.
