摘 要:为研究深井极近距煤层群工作面合理布置方案,基于FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件,对深井极近距煤层群相邻工作面等距内错、等距外错、不等距内错5种方案下的扰动应力场分布及围岩破坏特征进行深入研究。研究表明:上层工作面开采后,垂直应力呈现轴对称分布,最大垂直应力点位于工作面超前煤壁区和切眼之后煤柱区,超前支承压力影响区为工作面前方12 m,峰值达到53.577 MPa;下层工作面布置时应将巷道布置于上层煤采动后的应力降低区,同时考虑煤炭回收率,采用进风巷内错30 m、运输巷内错10 m的方式来布置巷道;潘二矿采用模拟最优方案进行了现场施工,实现了安全回采,并且对比等距内错方案,提高了采出率。研究成果可为煤层群工作面布置及安全开采提供参考依据。In order to study the reasonable layout scheme of working face in deep very close coal seam group,based on FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation software,the disturbance stress field distribution and surrounding rock failure characteristics of adjacent working face in deep very close coal seam group under different layout schemes are studied.The results show that the vertical stress presents axisymmetric distribution after the upper working face is mined.The maximum vertical stress point is located in the coal wall area ahead of the working face and the coal pillar area after the cutting hole.The influence area of the advanced abutment pressure is 12 m ahead of the working face,and the peak value is 53.577 MPa.When the lower working face is arranged,the roadway should be arranged in the stress reduction zone after the upper coal mining.At the same time,considering the coal recovery rate,the roadway should be arranged in the way of 30 m in the inlet roadway and 10 m in the transportation roadway.Pan′er mine adopted the simulation optimal scheme to carry out the roadway construction of the working face,realized the safe mining,and compared with the equidistant internal error scheme,improved the recovery rate.The research results can provide reference for working face layout and safe mining of coal seam group.
