摘  要:为解决传统沿空掘巷技术留设护巷煤柱造成煤炭资源浪费的问题,以山东某矿1309工作面为背景,根据矿井的煤层地质条件,提出了综放巷内充填矸石膏体无煤柱开采方法。阐述了该技术方法的工艺流程与充填空间构筑方法,创新性地使用纤维锚杆和纤维网构筑充填空间,提高充填体预应力并降低其横向变形。采用理论分析与计算机数值模拟的方法,研究了沿充填体掘巷过程中巷道围岩的应力与位移特征,验证了该技术的可行性。结果表明:该方法提高了煤炭采出率并降低了矸石堆放对生态环境造成的破坏,成功实施后可为企业创造3000多万元的利润,可节省矸石处理费用180万元/a,经济效益显著。In order to solve the problem of waste of coal resources caused by the traditional goaf side entry driving technology,based on the 1309 working face of a coal mine in Shandong province and the coal seam geological conditions of the mine,a non-pillar mining method filled with gangue paste in the fully mechanized caving roadway is proposed.The technological process and filling space construction method of this technical method are systematically described.The innovative use of fiber anchor and fiber mesh to build the filling space improves the prestress of the filling body and reduces its lateral deformation.By means of theoretical analysis and computer numerical simulation,the stress and displacement characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the process of driving along the filling body are studied,and the feasibility of this technology is verified.The results show that this method can improve the coal recovery rate and reduce the damage to the ecological environment caused by gangue stacking.After successful implementation,it can create more than 30 million yuan of profits for enterprises,and can save 1.8 million yuan per year of waste disposal costs annually,with significant economic benefits.
