摘 要:针对工作面过空巷期间发生片帮、冒顶及压架等技术难题,以新大地公司综采工作面过斜交大断面托顶煤空巷为背景,建立了UDEC数值计算模型,反演分析了15405工作面回采期间残余煤柱应力演化规律、裂隙扩展特征以及表面位移变化规律,总结了工作面前方托顶煤空巷围岩失稳变形机理。基于密实充填控制思路,提出了高水材料分段密闭充填技术用于大断面托顶煤空巷围岩的稳定控制。现场试验效果良好,研究成果可指导类似地质条件下工作面过空巷期间的安全回采。In view of the technical problems such as wall spalling,roof fall and frame pressing during the goaf crossing of the working face,establishes UDEC numerical calculation model based on the background of the inclined large section supporting coal goaf crossing the fully mechanized working face of Xindadi company,and analyzes the evolution law of residual coal pillar stress,the characteristics of fissure expansion and the change law of surface displacement during the recovery of the 15405 working face,and summarizes the instability deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock of the side supporting coal goaf in the working face.Based on the idea of dense filling control,puts forward the technology of sectional closed filling with high water content material for the stability control of surrounding rock of of large cross-section top-supporting coal roadway.The technology which has succeed in field test can guide the safe mining during the working face crossing the roadway under similar geological conditions.
