摘 要:为研究纵向风与细水雾耦合抑制矿井巷道火灾特性,通过FDS构建矿井巷道输送带火灾蔓延几何模型,设计了4×4的正交实验与4组对比试验,开展纵向风与细水雾耦合作用对矿井火灾冷却降温、稀释CO_(2)效果研究。结果表明:在一定范围内,风速越大,抑制火灾效果越好;火灾温度与CO_(2)浓度随雾通量的增加而减小;相比不施加纵向风和细水雾的工况,单独施加2.5 m/s的纵向风,温度峰值下降260℃;单独施加60 L/min细水雾,温度峰值下降271℃;同时施加2.5 m/s的纵向风与60 L/min细水雾,温度峰值下降457℃。纵向风提高了火焰反应区域的雾通量,增加了细水雾作用时间与卷吸体积,更有效地发挥吸热与稀释二氧化碳浓度的作用。In order to study the coupling of longitudinal wind and water mist to suppress the characteristics of mine roadway fire,a geometric model of mine roadway conveyor belt fire spread was built through FDS 4×4 orthogonal experiments and 4 groups of comparative experiments were conducted to study the effect of the coupling of longitudinal wind and water mist on the cooling and dilution of CO_(2) in mine fire.The results show that in a certain range,the greater the wind speed,the better the fire suppression effect;the fire temperature and CO_(2) concentration decrease with the increase of water mist flux;compared with the working condition without applying longitudinal wind and water mist,when applying longitudinal wind of 2.5 m/s separately,the peak temperature decreases by 260℃;when 60 L/min water mist is applied separately,the peak temperature drops by 271℃;at the same time,2.5 m/s longitudinal wind and 60 L/min water mist were applied,and the peak temperature decreased by 457℃.The longitudinal wind increases the water mist flux in the flame reaction area,increases the action time and entrainment volume of water mist,and more effectively plays the role of heat absorption and dilution of CO_(2) concentration.
